The third day of classes was more about refining our knowledge. We began with an overview of the theory of BJJ as well as a discussion of the safety of the mat. This was followed by two presentations by world-renowned masters - Ricardo Liborio, who talked about his methods for training and defending the neck and Roger Gracie, who talked about the evolution of training and match-fighting. Then it was time to train.
The second day of classes started with a review of the previous day’s sessions and some of the most important topics. This was followed by a presentation by Brazilian entrepreneur Samir Barbosa . He talked about his ideas for the next generation of gyms and sports events. The day ended with an assessment of each student’s progress and the opportunity for anyone to ask questions.

After the show, the ladies were ready for the next step, which was the post-event clinic. Mid-way through the clinic, Danya Dimas, the founder of She's So Fly, came on stage to introduce the G-Money dancers to the master trainers for the next day's intensive. The trainers were from X-Treme Dance Studio and Reverse Dance. The workouts were intense and the trainers were on point. They were great and gave each of the class a unique experience, depending on their goals. The trainers were ready to teach and we were ready to learn.
We were also treated to a post-event reception the first night, and for every attendee, it was a great opportunity to celebrate the class of 2015, share in the moment and see what the future has in store.
